Begin in the historic streets of Tlalpan, where your bilingual cultural guide brings the history, symbolism and traditions of Día de Muertos to life as you walk through decorated plazas and landmarks.
At a traditional cantina, take part in an interactive Catrina or Catrín face-painting experience with guided assistance. While creating your Day of the Dead look, enjoy a guided tasting of three traditional mezcals together with Mexican bites including appetizers, tacos and pan de muerto.
Later, the experience continues in Coyoacán for a respectful evening visit to a candlelit cemetery, where marigolds, candles, photographs and family offerings create one of the city's most moving Día de Muertos traditions. The experience blends history, art, gastronomy and authentic local celebration in one memorable night.
